U.S. SHIPPING

Free US shipping on orders $100 and over. Orders below $100 are $4.50 flat rate shipping. Orders are currently shipping in 3-5 business days. All items are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Once the order is processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. PROCLAIM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

U.S. RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We offer free domestic returns and exchanges in the US. We accept domestic returns and exchanges postmarked within 30 days of receipt. Returns must be received in new condition; unused, unworn and unwashed. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

To initiate a return or exchange, log in at account.wearproclaim.mom within 30 days of delivery. For exchanges, just note it in your comments and we'll take it from there. We will email you a prepaid USPS return label. We encourage you to reuse the original mailer that your item was sent in. PROCLAIM MADE LLC will not reimburse you for return shipping expenses if you do not use our prepaid return label.

When your return is received and processed, we'll email you a refund notification. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

All sale items are final sale. PROCLAIM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to Canada, UK, and Australia via USPS First Class Package International and DHL eCommerce Parcel Standard, which generally arrives in 7 to 21 business days. Duties, VAT and other import taxes associated with international shipping are assessed by customs and are the responsibility of the customer. Once the order is processed (please allow 3-5 business days), you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. PROCLAIM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

INTERNATIONAL CANCELLATIONS

Customers may cancel an order up until the order is fulfilled. To initiate an order cancellation, go to https://account.wearproclaim.mom.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Please note for international customers, you are responsible for the cost of shipping returns which can be done by a carrier of your choice.

• No International Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for international orders at this time. Returns are accepted for a refund only.
• Window: We accept international returns postmarked within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your package was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
• Condition: Returns must be received in new condition; unused, unworn and unwashed.
• Refunds: Refunds are issued to your original payment method only. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
